NCCP strongly condemn act of violence against christian in Jaranwala

National Council of Churches in Pakistan (NCCP), vehemently condemn any acts of violence, discrimination, or persecution targeting Christians Jaranwala or any religious minority. It is our firm belief that a diverse and harmonious society is built upon the principles of tolerance, coexistence, and respect for all faiths. Such acts of hatred not only violate the fundamental rights and dignity of individuals but also undermine the very fabric of our nation's unity and integrity.

We call upon the government of Pakistan to take immediate and decisive action against the perpetrators of these heinous acts and ensure that justice is served swiftly. It is imperative that those responsible for these crimes are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

Furthermore, we urge the government to take proactive measures to provide security and safeguard the rights of the Christian community, as well as all other religious minorities, across the country. It is only through a collective commitment to religious freedom and human rights that we can build a more inclusive and prosperous Pakistan for all its citizens.
